I encountered an unpleasant situation. I insured an open long position with a trailing stop of 10 points at breakeven. So, in any case, the possibility of a loss should have been eliminated. When I returned to the monitor, the trade was closed with a 7-point loss! I asked support: how could this happen? The internet was stable, the trailing stop couldn't have been removed. Support's response: force majeure, a sharp increase in volatility, so the trade couldn't be closed at the stop. Additional slippage – 7 points. They can’t help me :( This is the first time such a situation has happened in 5 months, but it’s a bit unpleasant.
